Madeley & Company partners with Health Insurance Exchange in an effort to provide our clients with extensive and up-to-date group knowledge and support in obtaining employee benefits and group health insurance.
Health Insurance Exchange specializes in Individual and group benefits and has been doing this for over 30 years now. Going forward some of the changes you will notice is that this move will allow each group to have a dedicated customer service rep that will be able to help you and the members of your groups with claims, billing and benefit questions as well as additions and deletions of your employees. You will also have a dedicated renewal rep that not only knows about all of the options your group might have but is also up to date on all of the changes with Healthcare reform. Health Insurance Exchange will also be helping us with benefit meetings and enrollment meeting which they can do in English or Spanish. We feel that this move will enable to us to take service for your group to the next level.
Please note that while Health Insurance Exchange does have a name similarity to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) federal health exchange, Health Insurance Exchange is an independent health insurance brokerage and not associated with the federal health exchange. They do however provide qualified ACA compliant group and individual health plans.
